Short but powerful, this album starts as if Miss Lava united with the gritty voice of Rob Zombie. There are truly brilliant moments in "King Beyond" and I can't help stop thinking that I 'd love to hear the band cover "To Cry You a Song" by Jethro Tull. The last two songs create the perfect link with how the band's sound would evolve within a few years' time into their amazing self-titled album. I 'm late to the Mount Hush party but I catching up with heavy rotation. Check them out today! Ioannis Valiakos
The most slept-on band in indie music makes a welcome return with another A+ record mixing hardcore and slacker rock with jokes. Bandcamp New & Notable Apr 13, 2023
This Pittsburgh band's gloriously messy mash-up of post-punk, garage rock, and shoegaze is snotty enough to be considered plain old punk. Bandcamp New & Notable Jun 2, 2022
